Creativity and interaction are the elements that valid the design of this hotel. Bold forms and intense colors create an interior design that provokes the guests to let loose into the exploration and enjoyment of all the senses. The main color accent is the headboard that goes straight up to the ceiling in a playful linear pattern.
The same pattern was also applied in the night tables and some other details around the room, such as the stairs of the Jacuzzi in the suites. The chairs and table have organic shapes and may be moved in order to satisfy the guests’ needs or whims. The suites have two levels and taking advantage of the double height the different areas were distributed in a very playful but functional way.
The lighting design was done by the combination of direct and indirect lamps resulting in an atmosphere that may be as bright or tenuous according to guests needs. This hotel is located in Veracruz, Mexico where the temperature is very hot and humid. DIN interiorismo was asked to make a contemporary and whimsical design to surprise the guests.
“The main color accent is the headboard that goes straight up to the ceiling in a playful linear pattern.”
“La couleur principale est la tête de lit qui monte directement jusqu’au plafond selon un motif linéaire ludique.”
