Project title: Bistro Brioche

Architect: Alena Bulataya

Location: Minsk, Belarus

Area: 250m2

Year of the project: 2017

Photographer: Alexander Markov

Bistro Brioche is a multifunctional area, where you can taste delicious cakes, buy different kinds of bread and wine for take away.
The guest area includes some zones: point to sell wine, bread and cakes, bar zone, relax zone with sofas, and toilets.
The interior is full of details, ornaments, textures and colors.
The first gaze falls to bar, which extends across the whole guest area and looks like a real golden tape.
A part of walls imitates old plaster and maches up with white columns, which contain brass elements.
There is a one element from the real theater in bistro – big windows behind the bar zone with pink textile. When it is opened, guests can see cooking process of chefs or some improvisations on cake decorating.
The wine card includes the best sorts of wine from different countries.
Toilets are made in more loft style. They combine colourful old plaster, brass wire on the celling, round mirrors and heavy velvet curtains, which separate toilets from the guests area.

It is very pleasant and responsible to make a public restaurant where people would feel comfortable. The most important is to work together with the customer to achieve the best result. Designer get a lot of experience making such projects.
