Designer Eva Locke, of EML Interiors, vision for her home was for a Coastal Cottage look with a bit of a clean, contemporary feel. She designed the house with an open floor plan, so she wanted the kitchen to be beautiful to look at. She also wanted the kitchen to function well for her and husband to cook together in, which she feels it does.
Basing the design off the coastal cottage look, she stayed with cool tones that created a relaxing casual but refined space. The inspiration came from living on the coast and providing this feel in your home. Its a beautiful theme and will bring coastal living into your home.
