Concept / colors / materials – one is a reconstruction of the terraced house for a young family. The main residential part was functionally ideally utilized and did not meet the needs of the investor housing. It is a small but well-lighted space with a view of the countryside. The aim was to make the most of its potential, and it was supported by the choice of materials and equipment, furniture and so there was not that much but to anything. The key proposal was the core layout of the main living area to create a functional box, light oak, which conceals part of the kitchen cabinets built-in oven, refrigerator and freezer, a part of the living room serves as a library and from the dining room gives access to the pantry and cellar. The space is defined by two walls in gray textured painting and core coordinated furniture in white and natural light wood.

The owners were happy with the idea solution. They fell in their new housing and could not wait implementation. In this project it is possible to verify that even a small space can be optimally addressed in order to meet the requirements for comfortable living.
