This project showcases a tour in one of the most luxury residencial towers in Buenos Aires. Featuring an astonishing city view from 90 meters high. Every detail, from construction materials to interior design is planned to give a hole perspective of the tower.

The client of this project is Evoluer Real Estate Co., who administrates exclusive properties in luxury towers in B.A. The idea was to reflect the essence of the tower, putting especial emphasis in the amenities and the common areas, such as the “Club Quartier” in the rooftop.

The inspiration for this project came from the object itself. The constraction materials, such as glass, marmol and metal, gives a unique perceptual experience, creating a game of shadows and reflections. The merely act of contemplating the scenery gives the observer a pleasant sensorial experience.

This project was very successful regarding commercial use. The aim was to promote the building and communicate to the residents how the company manage the visuals of their home and environment. Playing with the sensorial experience was definitely a goal.
