A room for a teenager who enjoys art and wants to become a graphic designer in the future. It was important to create a space in which she could relax, receive guests and practice her hobby. A large working space has been designed along the window for comfort work. An important detail of the room is the moodboard on the wall for visualization of creative ideas and inspiration. it was necessary to make enough storage space, so a wardrobe was installed along the entire wall, which does not obstruct, but at the same time gives the right proportions to the room. In order to add individuality to the bedroom, it was decided to paint one wall in “millennial pink”. Also, it was necessary to make the room remain relevant for a long time and not be tied to the age of its owner.

The project was designed for a teenager girl. It was important to create a space in which she could relax, receive guests and practice her hobby. Also, it was necessary to make the room remain relevant for a long time and not be tied to the age of its owner.

The idea was to combine minimalism and Scandinavian styles. White walls, natural materials and low key colors are connected here. As bedroom for the girl, the stylish millennial pink was chosen as the color accent. To stick to minimalism, there are only three colors.

Tips:
The condition of the interior was the preservation of the old floor, but since it was dark enough for this interior, the floor was covered with a large light-colored carpet. So we minimized the dark floor.
To give the right proportions of the room, a wardrobe is made along the wall.

I'm an architect from Warsaw, who prefer minimalism in architecture and interiors and I think that even without a lot of details you can create comfortable and coziness space. In my opinion, each project needs its own “script”, which will deny its benefits and functions. It is important to find a non-standard solution with the established standards.
