Fully renovated cintemporary apartment, 120 sm. Previously it was divided two flats next to each other. During the design process we demolished the walls between the two old apts and make an airy, spacious central place, which contains the living room, the kitchen and dining area function. There are two bedrooms, one with bathroom area like a hotel room, and the second, smaller one has a connection to the bathroom next to the living room. There also a study room and a guest toliet, and a ot of built furnituer in the hallway for storage.

The goals was to set up an inner city spacious aoartment with international taste for long term rent. We would like to have minimum two bedrooms, because of the rental goals with clean design. The design should be placed anywhere in Europe, because the target group was especially the expacts live in Budapest. The apt is very close to to the fun quarter of Budapest, but ablolutely in the center.

My style is contemporary modern, I’m keen on tle clean lines and volumes, the tones of greys and interesting textures – we see thes in one apt. We would like to use contemporary materials, like big slabs of marble effect gres tile, together with warm metrials, like the real oak parquet of the common place and bedrooms. The owner would like to see the fire, and air togehre, that’s why I planned a spacios living area, with bioethanol fire.

People like this home, because it is full with light, and have airy spaces also for being together and private. The nice high glossy grey textures of the built-in furnitures together some internationally known design pieces and interesting textures of the wallpaper makes a warm, contemporary feelinbg which could be attractive to the intarnational audience.
